1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 60nights. By accessing the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

2. Nature of the service

60nights provides AI-powered voice companions for entertainment and companionship purposes. The AI characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Conversations are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. Account and credits

  • New accounts receive 5 free minutes upon sign-up. No payment required to get started.
  • Past call images are only accessible when you have at least 10 minutes of balance remaining. Images from past calls are blurred below this threshold.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Credits added to your account are non-refundable once used.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit balances in the event of technical errors.
  • Unused credits do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via UPI direct transfer. We verify payments by matching the exact amount transferred. It is your responsibility to transfer the exact amount displayed. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect UPI IDs or with incorrect amounts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service if you are under 18.
  • Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the AI system.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Abuse or attempt to manipulate the payment verification system.
  • Share your account with others.

6. Content

This platform contains adult-oriented content. We are an independent platform not affiliated with any corporate entity. Content is uncensored and intended for consenting adults. We reserve the right to modify or remove content or features at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time.
