Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google or email via Clerk, we receive your email address, name, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other Google services, files, or contacts.

Voice and call data: Audio is streamed during active calls for real-time AI processing. Audio is not stored after a call ends. Call transcripts (text) and AI-generated images shared during calls are stored to power your conversation history feature.

Payment data: We record the amount and timestamp of UPI payments to credit your account balance. We do not collect or store UPI PINs, bank account numbers, card numbers, or any payment credentials.

Usage data: Call duration, session timestamps, and feature usage for operating and improving the service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the AI voice companion service.
• Display your conversation history and AI-generated images.
• Verify and credit payments to your account balance.
• Communicate with you about your account if necessary.

We do not use your data to train AI models, serve advertising, or build profiles for third-party use.

3. Google user data

If you sign in using Google, we receive only your email address and name as provided by Google OAuth. This data is used exclusively to create and identify your account on 60nights.

• We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.
• We do not share your Google account data with any third party.
• We do not use Google account data for advertising or profiling.
• Google account data is retained only as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Clerk (clerk.com) — authentication, session management, and identity. Handles your sign-in credentials and OAuth tokens.
• Amazon Web Services — database (DynamoDB) and file storage (S3) for account data, transcripts, and generated images.
• AI model providers — your voice audio and text are sent to AI providers for real-time response generation. Audio is not retained by these providers beyond the active request.

Each provider processes data only as instructed by us and is subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled cloud storage, and authenticated API endpoints. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention and deletion

Account data, call transcripts, and images are retained while your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Age restriction

This service is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete associated data.

8. Your rights

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
